Community Building
Building communities is my favorite part of any business's marketing playbook. It's all about forging connections that often kick off online but can translate into real-life interactions. It plants the seeds for brand loyalty and boosts word-of-mouth referrals and social media shoutouts. When a business puts community first, it shows. It creates an atmosphere that’s electric and contagious.
It lays the foundation for long-term staying power and success.
Online Community
Management
One of the highlights of my journey at Leela has been nurturing our vibrant online membership community, comprised of nearly 100 passionate, creative seekers. It is perhaps my proudest achievement in this role. What started with fostering connections via social media comments and DMs, has blossomed into something truly special. Initially, we broadened our reach by hosting intimate group programs and workshops, which eventually evolved into the establishment of our membership space. Now, it serves as a lively and supportive hub where our community can come together, thrive, and grow as a collective.
In-Person Events
While hosting major in-person events is still a new arena to me, I'm no stranger to marketing smaller gatherings. Using a mix of social media savvy and forging personal connections with nearby establishments and communities, I've played a pivotal role in cultivating a sense of community within a local sphere. By seamlessly transitioning online connections into real-life interactions, I've contributed to the creation of a vibrant and bustling community around a restaurant.
